Mr. Pan: I am also very happy to be your guest here. Our company was established in 2002, devoting in manufacturing high strength bolt and thread rod. Through more than 7 years efforts, our products gain high reputation at home and abroad. The company has complete production equipment and a perfect set of testing machine .Our products have been passed ISO: 9001~2000 Quality System Certificate. Our main production equipment are two sets heat treatment lines, three sets hot forged makers and 18 sets threading machine and main testing machines are 100 tons & 60tons tensile machine, charpy impact tester, crack detected machine, hardness tester, torque tester and so on.
Chinafastener: Your company has made a great achievement within few years. Would you please give more details about your products?
Mr. Pan:we mainly manufacture hex bolt, thread rod, stud double-ended and other some nonstandard fasteners under the different standards of GB, ANSI, DIN, BS, JIS, AS and ISO, grade of 6.8, 8.8, 10.9, 12.9, B7, B7M, L7, L7M. Our producing range: diameter: M12-M100; Length: 25-1200MM(Bolt) and 100-6000MM(Thread Rod).
Chinafastener: As we all know, your company’s special product is B7 studding. We want to learn more about the B7 studding.
Mr. Pan: Our B7 studding does our special product. It is heat treated before threading, which makes the bar unable to be bent and the rate of the go gauge and no go gauge is 100% guaranteed for self color. Besides, all our products must pass the Rockwell hardness and tensile strength test.
Chinafastener: We know your products are sold well at home and abroad. Would you mind sharing your company’s global market strategy in the near future?
Mr. Pan: Of course not.As to international market, our products are widely distributed Southeast Asia, Europe, Middle East and so on. Our goal is to expand international market and create our own band. To achieve the goal, we must try our best to prevent the risk from unstable Renminbi exchange rate and respond to EU’ s antidumping actively. As the unstable Renminbi exchange rate, we should take the exchange rate risk into account during making the offer for our customers.
Facing the Eu’s antidumpling , we should response actively .We should stick to innovate our brand and pay more attaentin to our quality and after-sale service .
Chinafastener: What do you think is the most important factors during foreign trade? What is your company’ advantage in foreign trade?
Mr. Pan: Quality and after-sales service always play a vital role no matter in national or international business. As a result, we make great effort in improving our product quality and after-sale service. Our usual practice:
1. After receiving customers’ orders, our product quality control department will audit the product standard first. The whole production process will be co-audited by product quality control department and manufacturing department. We will arrange technician to track every procedure to guarantee zero defect and report to quality control department if there is any problem. Quality control department will handle any problem as soon as possible.
2. During the packaging, quality control will not be ignored too; we also pay more attention to the package quality.
We will visit our customer regularly after they receive our products, collecting their feedbacks. We will respond rapidly to any complaint to satisfy our valuable customer. “Customer comes first” we will supply the best quality products and excellent after-sale service. The company sticks to the tenet of “Choose Yongding, Choose reassurance”
As to our advantage in foreign trade, I think it is short lead time, which helps us a lot in international trade in the past. Our target annual output can reach 5000 tons bolt and 10000 tons thread rod.
