High-strength hendecagon anti-loose nut, one of domestic advanced nuts, recently has been granted the national patent by State Intellectual Property Office. The hendecagon anti-loose nuts, particularly the new kind used in towers, are easy-fixing, anti-loose, simple and practical.
Compared with the common nuts, the hendecagon anti-loose nuts have anti-theft devices, and cannot be easily unloaded. The nuts take high quality carbon structural steel as raw materials, after cold drawing, extrusion by five procedures in the multi-station nut automatic cold header, then tooth shaping, heat treated and tempering at last.
