National fastener industry product price symposium was held at grand manner in CIFC. Forties on 26th June. Important representatives of more than 40 enterprises from different regions of China got together in Haiyan, discussing current national fastener industry’s price adjustment and development problem deeply. www.Chinafastener.com was invited to participate this forum and report the meeting.

The tough situation do not only increased the enterprises’ burden, but also disorder the international market. The price system was requested to adjust in time by national fastener industry.
We also sum up several factors of increasing price:
ⅠEnergy price Increasing
Mr. Feng Jinyao, President of China General Fastener Association was firstly to mention the current price of coke which is used for steelmaking has been increased rapidly, (the price of coke are approximate to 2000 Yuan per T). The price of Industrial electricity has been increased gradually.
ⅡThe price of original mining has been increased.
Ⅲ Foundation constructions have been increasing: Firstly, with Urban-Rural Integration, demand of steel would are increasing. With Olympic Games and International Fair Badges coming, the construction of subway will result in increasing demand of steel. Furthermore, due to some natural factors, for example, the earthquake of Wenchuang in Sichuang, the price of locate original material maintained the same as 12th May in order to support stricken redevelopment
ⅣInternational Market: Firstly, currency exchange rate has been fluctuated, mainly slump of U.S. Dollar; Secondly, EU’s antidumping brought adverse effect. In the meantime, Ministry Of Commerce will visit European Union; it shows that the relations between two sides would have been improved.
ⅤThe increasing cost: New Labor Law was promulgated.
At the end of the meeting, Mr. Feng advised to purchase steel reasonably and select suitable steel! Enterprises form the whole country expressed their opinions and support to establish price-guiding team to analysis current price and give rational guard price. “Fastener national standard” has been suggested to upgrade quickly to integrate with international market as soon as possible, however, So far, the old standard of series of 79 has still been used. Furthermore, the president of Jiahua Shen from Haiyan Fastener of Merchants Association mentioned a current chemical certificate which attracted some export enterprises.
In the afternoon, with China General Fastener Fair and Haiyan Merchants Association organizing, we visited Jiaxing Brother Standard Limited Co and then heard the newest introduction about CIFC project.
