On the spot of NIFSW 2008

2008 National Industrial Fastener Show – West was held as scheduled on 3rd Nov. The show coincides with the Wall Street financial storm and the USA presidential election on 4th Nov. Anyway, it seems little effect on the enthusiasm of Chinese fastener manufacturers to expand their sales market to USA.

All hotels in Las Vegas were still very busy and crowded, especially the Casinos. It does present a charming gambling town before us. It seems that Wall Street financial crisis does not exist in Las Vegas.

There ware about 89 Chinese fastener manufacturers exhibiting in 2008 NIFSW, 42 of which are co-organized by China General Machine Components Industry Association and Chinafastener.com. There are 65 people in this group, the biggest Chinese fastener group. As the only one endorsed website media of NIFS from Mainland China, ChinaFastener.com are devoting itself to promote the show among Chinese fastener suppliers, as well as assistant Chinese fastener suppliers to expand international market.

As the show lasts only for one day and a half, the fist day of the show was very important to everyone here. Most of the visitors were local professional traders and importers. It was very crowded. Under the circumstances of EU antidumping against Chinese fasteners, it was really a good chance for Chinese fastener manufacturers to expand American Market.
