Shahe General Machinery Parts and Components Market, the largest general machinery parts and components market in north China opened on 22nd Nov, 2008 with total investment fund of 520 billion Yuan. 200 billion Yuan program contract had been signed. At the same time, Shahe local government, China General Machinery Parts and Components Association, SSEA and Xingtai Iron & Steel Corp. Ltd. jointly organized a seminar on the development of China steel fastener industry chain. Professionals and enterprises got deep discussion on current economic situation and fastener industry trend. During this activity, Municipal Construction Corp., Ltd of Shahe had signed an agreement with Hangzhou Everbright Metal Products Co.,Ltd and Zhejiang High-Strengh Fastener Factory respectively, the two enterprises will put 100 million Yuan respectively to build up two standard factories with annual output of 30,000 tons.
Taking the opportunity of the rising demand of general machinery parts and components ,and source and location advantages, Shahe deeply focuses on general machinery parts and components industrial and plan to establish Shahe General Machinery Parts and Components center covering 15,000 acres .Until now , registered enterprises in this industry center have reached 58 with annual output of 280,000 tons. The newly built Shahe General Machinery Parts and Components Market with 520 billion Yuan investment value covers 370 acres with a total area of 226,000 square meters, which can accommodate more than 1,300 enterprises. Diversified services will be provided here, which is much more convenient for the enterprises
In order to attract more and more enterprise, Shahe applied for a preferential policy of “ Free Rent for 2 years, Tax Return after 3 years, Free property management fees for 3 years” . Meanwhile, 60 million Yuan was invested to promote this program in economic channel. Since Aug this year, about 400 enterprises had been attracted and signed contracts, such as Beijing standard Fastener Industrial Company, Gem-Year Industrial. Mr Wang , secretary of Shahe municipal Party committee expressed they are confident of building General Machinary Parts and Components Industry as a major pillar industry of the city by expanding investment and market.
