Yongguang Yan: Many enterprises are pressing ahead through reforming management and  transition. It is in this time that they can focus more on those details and staffs upgrade.

 
Xinzhi Jin: Enterprises are opening up new high-end industry of railway, shipping, avigation; those well-formed enterprises are getting development through this kind of updating. Wenzhou fastener enterprises are making full use of existing advantages to snatch more market when the domestic demand is expanding. Recently, two enterprises have joined with Huayi, while Wenzhou Mingtai Standard Components Co. ltd. have cooperated with national airline projects.

Wenzhou enterprises should play on their strengths in three ways. Firstly, create self-brand by transferring from low-end products to high value-added mechanical and electrical fasteners. Second, link each operating procedures to integrate together and to promote the sustainable development of enterprises. Third, become more professional and technical, to further enhance quality levels of precise products, etc.
