Hardware and Tools Middle East 2009 was grandly open in Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre on 17th, May, 2009. The exhibition lasts for three days.

Hardware and Tools has attracted more than 400 enterprises from all over the world, mainly located in Hall 7 and Hall 8, more than 200 enterprises of which come from China. There are about 30 Chinese fastener enterprises for this exhibition, such as Shanghai Prime Machinery Co., Ltd, Haiyan Fastener Factory, Hi-Tek, Gem-Year Industrial, Co., Ltd, Ningbo Ordam Import & Export Co., Ltd, Kunshan Chenghe Standard Component Co., Ltd, 3 Star Rivets Manufacture, Jiaxing Nande Fastener Co., Ltd.， Kaidi Rivets, Shanghai Chengtai and so on. The exhibition also attract a lot of valid global buyers from Jordan, UAE, Afghanistan, India, Saudi Arabia, Kenny, Kuwait, Iraq, Iran, Pakitan, Sudan, Japan and so on.

Facing EU antidumping and Global financial crisis, many Chinese fastener suppliers try to target at Middle East Market.

Although the exhibition hall is not so crowded as expected, most of visitors are valid global buyers and have real demand at present. Mr. Zhuge from shanghai Chengtai expressed that: “we have received many inquiries on the spot. It is really worthy to attend this exhibition.”

On the 16th, May, the first day for Chinese Fastener suppliers in Dubai, ChinaFastener.com and Chinese exhibitors also pay a visit to local hardware street called DRAGON CITY, which focus on retails and wholesales. Most of hardware products are imported from China. Some Chinese fastener enterprises take this opportunity to promote their products here.
