The detecting machines have no problems in testing basic sizes. However, in terms of flaw detection, currently few manufacturers can do that (such as head cracking, crushing, plug holes, deformation, etc). However, flaw is in evitable during production. If it is detected manually, it will cost a lot of resources, which become a headache for fastener companies. In fact, if the light is designed properly, which could make reflection of light to be projected correctly onto the lens, the above flaw problems can be solved easily.
