U.S. Sunset Ruling on China Steel Nails Injury

On December 11, the U.S. International Trade Commission made its sunset-review ruling on China-made steel nails as below:

Revoking the American antidumping duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to American domestic industry within a reasonably foreseeable time.

Based on the affirmative ruling, U.S. Commerce Department will continue to levy antidumping duties on the Chinese steel nails.

On October 21, the Commission launched the expedited sunset review into the imports under HS Codes 7317.00.55, 7317.00.65, and 7317.00.75.
