In recent days, the Germany-based Wurth Group formally signed the agreement of investment and the payment of factory building lease with Haiyan Economic Development Zone of Zhejiang (hereafter referred as Haiyan EDZ).

Related officials of Haiyan EDZ indicated that in Oct. 30, 2015, Haiyan Government and Wurth Group had already signed on the project investment memo, witnessing by Premier Li Keqiang and Premier Angela Merkel. Wurth’s investment on the projects in Haiyan EDZ adopted the form of factory lease, whose operation inclines to the storage, logistics, and trade of hardware, etc.

According to the reliable source, the total investment on the project plan in Haiyan EDZ reached 50 million Euro. In the first phase of factory lease, the total space of factory would cover 11 thousands of square meters, and following would be another 35 thousands of square meters for the second and the third phase of factory respectively. When the project puts into operation, it is expected that this project would bring around 10 million CNY of tax revenue annually.
