PEM Self Clinch Nuts
The riveting nut is also called riveting nut. It is a kind of nut applied on sheet metal or sheet metal. It has a round shape with embossed teeth and guide groove at one end. The principle is that the embossed tooth is pressed into the preset hole position of the sheet metal. In general, the hole diameter of the pre-set hole is slightly smaller than the embossed tooth of the pressure rivet nut, and the pressure of the flower teeth of the pressure rivet nut is squeezed into the board due to the pressure. The periphery of the hole is plastically deformed, and the deformation is squeezed into the guide groove to produce a locking effect.
