One of our Japanese Associate wants to sell their Two Japanese Lines of Continuous Heat Treatment Furnaces which was installed in their factory in 1988 as per details given below. Please go through the brief details given below and advise your interest. Please revert soon below this gets sold off.
Make:DAIDO PLANT INDUSTRIES CO., LTD ,JAPAN
Furnace is made by stainless steel.
Products: Bolts and nuts (range from M6 to M14 for carbon steel).
Product material: 1035, 1045, 1048, SCM440, SCR440, SCR415 and 25 Boron steel.
Capacity is 500 Kh/hour per line.
Both lines were in operation until Aug. 2009.
Machines are good condition due to periodical maintenance by owner.
Fuel is BUTANE gas, 29,500 kcal/ m3N at 3000 mm Aq supply pressure.
Quenching furnace is DGYA-61111D (CRX gas built-in type)
Tempering furnace is DGYA-8611D (NX gas built-in type)
Price only USD 100,000 EACH LINE AS IS WHERE IS. But the buyer must pay for disassemble, trucking, boxing, ocean freight and insurance.
Similar new machine costs Japanese Yen 300 million per line including installation fee etc.
