Cet espace de 30 hectares, édifié par la Sorec, selon les normes internationales en la matière, fait office de référence nationale. De par son accessibilité, son adaptabilité, mais aussi son esthétique, il dispose de tous les atouts lui permettant d’abriter de nombreux évènements d’envergure. En plus des halls d’expositions et des 20 salles de réunions, le parc dispose de 2500 places de parking. Il dispose également d’un parking VIP de 52 places et d’un autre pouvant accueillir une cinquantaine d’autocars. Il n’existe pas de telles capacités d’accueil ailleurs au Maroc.
