This encouraging news spread over the whole China’s fastener industry and many fastener enterprises expressed their hopes that they can take back the European market. ChinaFastener.com: Thanks. Could you make a brief introduction of Haiyan Guangda Hardware Co., Ltd so that we can have a general understanding?
Mr. Lai (President of Haiyan Guangda Hardware): Hello, everyone, please allow me to make a short introduction of our company. Guangda, just as its name implies, is to develop and broaden China’s fastener industry. It is a fastener manufacturer, integrating with R&D and sales. Our major products include carriage bolts, flange bolts, hex bolts, self-tapping screws, non-standard parts, etc. Our feature product is customized and high-strength bolts. 

ChinaFastener.com: Now that customized and high-strength bolts are feature products, where are their competitive advantages?
Mr. Lai: Customized and high-strength bolt can be feature product lies in its complicated requirements which not any manufacturer can meet and depends on one enterprise’s sophisticated production technology. I’ve been working on fastener industry since I was 17 years old and now there are several decades. I have rich experience in fastener industry and master advanced technology, getting a deep research and understanding of special bolts.

ChinaFastener.com: Several decades’ experience and accumulation, it is not easy! Could you share your avenue to success with us?
Mr. Lai: There’s not a big difference between operating and behaving yourself & handling affairs. We need to work with down-to-earth attitude, think more for our staffs and customers. Only in this way can an enterprise run in long.

ChinaFastener.com: Guangda is an export-oriented company, how many export volume can Guangda reach monthly? And what are its major markets?
Mr. Lai: Our export volume can reach 800 tons per month. The fasteners are mainly exported to Russia, Spain, and America. We have lost European market since the European Union implemented antidumping measures on the carbon steel fasteners originating from China. Now, WTO ruled EU’s antidumping measures against China’s fasteners was in violation of WTO’s rule, I believe our fasteners can be exported to European market again in future. 

ChinaFastener.com: China is a huge country of fastener production, and the fastener enterprises are numerous. How can an enterprise quickly possess market share again?
Mr. Lai: There’s a fact that no matter at home or abroad the market competition is fierce. If a company wants to get the orders from this market, it must be able to produce quality product, equipped with price advantages, offering good service, and creating accesses to acquire orders. Our rich experience and advanced technology are our backup to offer competitive fasteners, what we lack of is the effective access to winning orders. Hence, we frequently attend international exhibitions to build company brand and apply different B2B platform to explore new market.

ChinaFastener.com: I hear Guangda keep introducing new products. While we wish you a glorious future, can we learn about your future development plan?
Mr. Lai: We will constantly expand the input of R&D and innovative equipments to meet customers’ requirements and grow with them. Only with advanced equipments, sophisticated technology and good materials can we manufacture quality fasteners as well as develop and broaden China’s fastener industry.
