2011 Fastener Expo Jiaxing China grandly kicks off with opening ceremony at 9 o’clock in the morning of 14 October 2011 in Jiaxing International Exhibition Center, Jiaxing, China. It is jointly organized by Zhejiang Industrial Fastener Institute, Bureau of Foreign Economic Trade of Jiaxing and Jiaxing Fastener Import and Export Enterprises Association. 

The opening ceremony is conducted by Mr. Xu Deren, general secretary of Zhejiang Industrial Fastener Institute. Representatives from every part of fastener industry participate in the exhibition like Mr. Feng Jinyao, president of China Fastener Industry Association, Mr. Wang Guiqing, deputy president of China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME), Mr. Jiang Renhuan, deputy mayor of Jiaxing people’s government, Mr. Zhang Jiansheng, director general of Jiaxing Bureau of Commerce, Mr. Liu Xiaolong, president of Anhui Fastener Industry Association, Mr. Shi Genhua, president of Chongqing Fastener Industry Association, Mr. Shi Yonghua, president of Jiaxing Import and Export Chambers of Commerce, Mr. Shen Jiahua, president of Zhejiang Industrial Fastener Institute etc.

Fastener Expo Jiaxing, another grand exhibition besides Fastener Expo Shanghai in China, gets great support and highly attention from local Jiaxing people’s government. With the adjustment and development of global fastener industrial pattern, China has been the largest export country of fasteners in global, especially the Zhejiang province, which is the industrial cluster of Jiaxing, Ningbo, and Wenzhou, is the major export area of fasteners in China. The export value of fasteners in Jiaxing was USD $ 779.95 million in 2010, accounting for 48.67% of fastener export value in the whole Zhejiang province.
