Henan Jiyuan Iron & Steel Group has successfully developed a new product of cold heading steel in Nov. 2011. That is SAE10B21, a kind of IFI cold heading steel. This new product is equipped with the good characteristics of stable ingredients, low harmful elements, high pure steel, little surface defect, low cracking rate, low hardness of original wire rods, high strength after heat treatment, good hardenability, which make itself is popular with customers.

SAE10B21 is mainly applied in the production of grade 8.8 – 10.9 standard fasteners. Until now, Henan Jiyuan Iron & Steel Group has delivered nearly 100 tons SAE10B21 to its customers.

Henan Jiyuan Iron & Steel Group stated that an excellent production line for high quality steel will be under fully operation by the end of 2011. It is estimated that this production line can realize the capacity of 1.8 million tons/year of steel wire rods.
