SRC GROUP (Special Rivets Corp. Group), the leading blind-rivet manufacturer in Asia, announced in recent that it had decided to establish a third plant in Jiashan, Zhejing, China to expand its production capacity.

SRC GROUP, which headquartered in Taiwan, was established in 1983. Since then, it has been devoting itself to developing a wide range of products, to enlarging its production capacity, and to meeting its high quality principle. Now its product range includes blind rivets, high strength rivets /structural rivets, blind nuts/insert nuts, air & hand riveting tools.

In 2001, it established a 20,000 Sq.meter - wide factory SRC Metal (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to provide better products. In 2004, the second plant Jiaxing Value Hardware Co., Ltd. (22,000 Sq.meter) was established and facilitated with the Automated Storage & Retrieval system.

Now the third plant located in Jiashan has already under construction and is expected to be completed in spring 2013. Its areas will reach 50 acres with monthly production of over 700 million blind rivets.

"Though we have a large production capacity, we still cannot meet the demand from our customers. Hence, we decide to establish a third plant in Jiashan, Zhejiang province, in which we will produce our competitive products like blind rivets, rivet nuts and high quality riveting tools”, said Mr. Chang, Vice General Manager of SRC.

With the advantages of large production capacity, stable quality, competitive price, punctual delivery and good service, SRC has been the rivet supplier of many large-scale enterprises. Mr. Chang indicated that the goal of SRC is to become one of the three largest rivet manufacturers in the world within five years.
