Jiaxing Zhengying Hardware Co., Ltd announced in recent that it had increased the screw variety to adapt to market demand and strengthen competitiveness. The screw varieties were brass wooden screws, brass machine screws, and brass self-tapping screws. Being affected by the European Dept Crisis and the slow growth of global economy, Jiaxing Zhengying saw no obvious growth in export sale. However, its domestic sale increased by 10% in compared with the same period of last year, which could be attributed to the flourishing furniture industry. “Our main product is furniture screws. Furniture industry is relatively promising in China, making a strong demand on furniture screws. And that’s why our sales could keep growing”, said Mr. Zheng.

Jiaxing Zhengying was jointly established in March, 2005 by the owner of Pinghu Juncheng Lighting Equipment Factory and an investor from Hong Kong jointly. Pinghu Juncheng Lighting Equipment Factory was a company founded in 1993 to produce cutting parts, stamping parts and other accessories which served for the industries of lighting, hardware, construction, outside electricity and automobiles.

Since its establishment, Jiaxing Zhengying succeeded in acquiring market share with enough capital and great technology support from Pinghu Juncheng Lighting Equipment Factory. Another factor could never be forgotten that it paid great attention to quality. In 2008, it established an inspection center with 200,000 RMB investments, importing indraught optical comparator, micro-vikers hardness tester, salt spray test machine and drilling test machine to make sure its inspection measures were advanced and scientific. In May 2010, it got ISO 9001 approval, making customers have confidence in it.

Now Jiaxing Zhengying is specialized in manufacturing all kinds of screws, such as brass screw,chipboard screw, drywall screw, drilling screw, machine screw, non-standard fasteners and so on. It is an export-oriented company, whose domestic sales merely take up 15% of the total sales.
