Manufacturing
We have more than hundred of multi-station cold forming machines, CNC machines, precision automatic lathes, the monthly output 90 million cold forming screw and 40 million pieces of machined part. With those advanced equipment, we are able to process various materials with diameter from 1mm to 120mm, accuracy can be controlled in 5μm. We have a specialist laboratory for fasteners, to test and inspect the properties of raw material and product, fully ensure product quality.

Quality Control
To guarantee the products quality, we imported many advanced testing and inspection equipments, including full automatic sorting machine, X-RAY plating thickness monitor, salt spray test machine, 3D computerized radiography, pressing machine, Rockwell hardness tester, micro-hardness tester, projectors, roughness tester, torque test instrument, profiler , etc. We are certified for the ISO9001：2008 Quality  Management System and TS16949 System.

The company emphasizes on the protection of intellectual property rights and patent applications, currently we have applied for more than 80 patents, with a professional R & D team in riveting field, that can provide customers with a variety of riveting technology programs.
