The Judgment on the Disputes on China's Auto Parts Import to be Delayed

On Nov 20, 2007, according to the experts of WTO, the judgment on the disputes raised by USA, EU and Canada on China's duty to the imported auto parts will be delayed again.
The chairman of the exports notice that the primary judgment supposed to be complete in the end of Nov will be delayed to Feb, 2008, though the exact time has not been fixed.
 
Early on March 30, 2006, EU and USA requested a negotiation with WTO about China's measure on imported auto parts. Later on April 13, 2006, Canada also requested a negotiation on the same issue. On Oct 26, the experts group was set up, meanwhile, Argentina, Australia, Japan, Mexico, Taiwan, Thailand and Brazil joined the litigation as the third party. On July 16, 2007, the chairman of the experts noticed the Institution of Negotiation and Resolve that experts group couldn't make the judgment in 6 months because of the complex situation.
