Brighton-Best International (BBI) announced that it had finished the acquisition of Porteous Fastener Company (PFC).

BBI is excited about the opportunities and efficiencies this new acquisition brings. Uniting the strengths and diversities of the two largest fastener Master Distributors will result in the most efficient supplier in the industry.

Established in 1966, PFC was founded by Bud Porteous in downtown Los Angeles.  For the past 47 years PFC has grown by staying true to its mission statement; it continually strive to be the leader in its industry by developing lasting relationships with its customers and suppliers.
