Baosteel keeps steel wire prices flat for December

The Chinese steelmaker Baosteel announced to keep its list prices for December. Also, the company has remained the list prices flat for consecutive five months.
In recent days, the major steel wire producers in China including Wugang and Shagang have both announced to leave the new prices unchanged for December.
However, industry sources said that the wire rod transaction prices might remain flat in the Chinese domestic market in the short term due to weak demand.
