Beijing WKW increased 910000 Euros Capital to Biya Auto Parts Co,Ltd

The whole board of Beijing WKW Automotive Parts Co., Ltd.(002662) unanimously agreed a 910000 Euros capital increase towards Beijing Biya Auto Parts Co.,Ltd on 12 Mar 2014. The capital will be raised from the original shareholders and WKW maintains 50% proportion of shareholding
WKW focuses on auto parts and components including the forming process of aluminum, stainless steel, cold rolled and galvanized steel, plastics etc and surface modifying technique.
