Recently, AVIC(Aviation Industry Corporation of China) newly developed 4 new series of aerospace Titanium alloy hi-lock bolts, which had broken the monopolization of import aerospace hi-lock bolts in China. It took almost three years for the team to make it available for mass production.

The design plan started in Oct 2011 and 18 trial production had been taken during this three year. 175 small lots and batches of products were strictly examined on the dimension and mechanical property by the experts. Owning to the stability and fitness to every standard, four series of aerospace Titanium alloy hi-lock bolts had passed the assessment of mass production successfully. This really signifies a new page of China’s aviation production history.
