China Steel Corp. (CSC), Taiwan's largest steel producer by revenue, announced to cut its prices of electric furnace (EF) Al-killed wire rod by NT$450/ton for November.

In September, the company lowered its price by NT$150/ton in a bid to support market demand.

The current price level of Al-killed wire rod is at NT$20,100/ton and actual price is in the range of NT$18,900~NT$19,600/ton.
