Bossard Group, Zug, Switzerland, has acquired a 60 percent share in the Norwegian fastening supplier Torp Fasteners, effective January 2015. Terms were not disclosed.
 
The integration of Torp Fasteners, which generated an annual turnover ofCHF 10 million (US$10.2 million), will expand Bossard's presence in Scandinavia.
