Bossard Group has announced that it is conducting negotiations with Titanox, concerning the acquisition of one of the French company's areas of activity which generates annual sales of EUR 6 million.

Bossard already has four sites in France employing 130 people. Bossard says the partial acquisition from Titanox would complement its French product offering with special fastening solutions used in electronics, telecommunications, rail and vehicle construction as well as medical equipment.
