On 4 August, Journalist of ChinaFastener Magazine was informed that Meigs Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd was acquired by Foshan Kuiloon Metal Metal Products Co., Ltd. Meigs Machinery company used to be an excellent producer of machines for fasteners in Foshan. Following is the original announcement of this acquisition.

We, FOSHAN KUILOON METAL PRODUCTS CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as “KUILOON METAL”) 100 % acquired MEIGS MACHINERY EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURING CO., LTD (hereinafter referred to as “MEIGS MACHINERY”) on 5th, May, 2015(Tuesday), but not included all the debt occurred before 5th, May, 2015. All the contracts which are on the period of business transaction should be re-signed.
