To implement the aim of “innovation & transformation” assigned by AVIC, AVIC Standard Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. confirmed its annual theme as “innovation for better efficiency”.

On Feb. 23, AVIC Standard Parts Manufacturing Company awarded its technicians with a total value of over 0.3 million CNY for various technical problem-tackling on its annual Science & Technology Meeting, which was the first time for AVIC Standard Parts Manufacturing Company to increase its incentives.

In 2015, 11 key projects for science & technology problem-tackling were launched by the company, which aimed to develop new kinds of standard parts in urgent need by its clients or the high-end fasteners to substitutes for the imported ones. By the end of 2015, totally there were 7 projects achieved the goal of product delivery, while the other 4 projects had been taken into the stage of appraisal.

At the annual meeting, the company also announced to establish two “Innovation Work Stations”, which would provide with its technicians with a larger stage to demonstrate their own ability. It was also indicated by the chief directors of the company that the awards for the projects in 2016 would double on the basis of that of 2015.
