On May 30th, it was known from the Trade Remedy Investigation Bureau of Ministry of Commerce that, The Canada International Trade Tribunal (CITT) made a preliminary ruling of anti-dumping and anti-subsidy on the large-caliber carbon steel pipe. It ruled that the investigated products imported from China did damage or caused a damage threat to the domestic industry.
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) would continue the investigation based on the preliminary ruling. It was expected to get the preliminary ruling of dumping and subsidy before June 22nd from CBSA.
