On the morning of April 25th, 2017, the Opening Ceremony of Bossard Fastening Solutions (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was held solemnly in Shanghai Xinzhuang Industry Park. Song Shixiong, director of Commission of Economy and Information of Minhang District of Shanghai, Xi Weisong, vice president of Xinzhuang Industry Park Economy and Technology Development Company, David Dean, CEO of Bossard Group attended the ceremony and cut the ribbon. Bossard Fastening Solutions (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Bossard Group in Shanghai engaged in the fastening solution. Bossard went into Chinese market in 1999. It mainly offered one-stop fastening service to Siemens, Tesla, CRRC Corporation Limited and other globally well-known companies at home and abroad. In 2016, the annual sales of Bossard reached RMB 3.3 billion. To meet the growing demand of its business, the company transferred its business from Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone to Xinzhuang Industry Zone.

David Dean spoke at the ceremony. He thank the Zone for the support, permit and approval of Xinzhuang Industry Zone so our group could settle at the Zone. The company will provide the highest-quality service to all clients with all of their heart. What’s more, he stated that in recent years, Bossard has been more than a traditional fastener company. It has been developing electronic technical products, highly-engineered components, and assembly supporting service. What’s more, Bossard will further expand its product and service ranger with the most advanced and authorized labs and testing rooms.

Based on introduction, Bossard Fastening Solutions (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. covers an area of 16,000 square meters in Shanghai Xinzhuang Industry Park, of which 5,000 square meters is for warehouses. The maximum volume of these warehouse could be 40,000 square meters. The new company has been equipped with a lab with ISO17025 verification and a application engineering lab. 

After that, Xi Weisong congratulated the opening of Bossard on behalf of the Industry Zone. He said that local government was willing to see that more and more great foreign companies like Bossard came to the Zone for investment and development. At the same time, he stated that they would do all they could to provide better and better service to all companies and to satisfy the developing demand of all companies actively to realize a Win-win situation.
