National Development and Reform Commission recently published the approval of the proposal of Fujian urban railway construction plan with total investment of around 43.34 billion RMB.

The approval includes the changing path between Fuzhou Station and Changle Airport and that between Putian Station and Xitianwei (Changle Airport path).

After adjustment, the distance between Fuzhou Station and Changle Airport will be 58 kilometers. The distance Putian Station and Xitianwei (Changle Airport path) will be 23.2 kilometers.

The total investment is around 43.34 billion RMB. Investment in railway between Fuzhou Station and Changle Airport is about 30.83 billion RMB, and investment in railway between Putian Station and Changle Airport is about 12.51 billion RMB. 40% of the investment is prepared by the government. The rest is by borrowing money from the bank.
