---Exclusive Interview for Mr.Liang, General Manager of Nanhai Hengdefeng Co. Ltd

Nanhai Hengdefeng Co. Ltd was founded in 1992, now it has grown to a professional manufacturer of standard hardware fittings and forged products, which takes quality, technology, management and honesty as its core value. Through innovation of manufacturing technology, input of equipment and introduction of new technicians, Hengdefeng Co. Ltd has grown its strength constantly in the past decade, seeing the higher quality products and flourishing business. Thanks to this, the products from Hengdefeng enjoy a high reputation among customers.

When founded in Nanhai, Guangdong in March, 1992, it's just a small traditional family workshop, which specialized in selling bolts fastener. In June, 1996, Hengdefeng finally had its own bolts fastener manufactory. In May, 1999, it expanded a new factory for the first time. In May, 2001, the forging manufactory was founded. In the beginning of 2006, it expanded new factory for the second time. Now it is planning to build new factory for the third time, which will cover 100 units of area .

Hengdefeng doesn't regard International ISO9001:2000 Quality System Attestation as just a certification, but a step to strengthen its quality management. "Actually, Hengdefeng could pass ISO9001:2000 Quality System Attestation 5 years ago if it only wanted to get a certificate ", said Mr. Ou.

"Developing the enterprise with morality" means when we do business and compete with others to gain profit, we should be honest.
Everybody knows, morality and talent are prerequisite to success. Hengdefeng's success is the result of its making full use of a large number of staffs both with morality and ability, Hengdefeng leads them to innovate, change to be better, and devote into S/S fasteners, cupreous fasteners and carbon steel fasteners. Now, more and more elites are attracted by Hengdefeng, and they come here to make wings for Hengdefeng to fly.
"Focusing on clients" is the essential theory of corporation service according to Mr. Liang, he believes we should serve all our clients with passion and responsibility, give our professional solutions to them, help them reduce operation cost, and do our best to meet all the needs of our clients. Even in some special cases, we should meet their need at any cost. Mr. Liang gives us an example, "we can use material with the price of 80000yuan/ton to make the products with the price of 40000yuan/ton for our clients when it is needed to keep our credit standing. This is essential to our enterprise !"
"Changing to be better" means the staffs should dare to innovate, dare to think, dare to do, dare to be trailblazer. Hengdefeng pays more attention to improve its staffs' creativity, so as to let them make full use of their subjective activity and science creativity. As a result, staffs' enthusiasm fully rises, which leads more and more benefits to the enterprise.
