The U.S. Preliminary Anti-Subsidy Ruling on China's Zinc-Coated Steel Wires

On August 30, 2011, U. S. Department of Commerce announced its preliminary ruling of anti-subsidy (AS) on China-made zinc-coated steel wires, imposing the anti-subsidy duty rates of 48.81%, 48.90%, 21.59% and 253.07% respectively on four Chinese responding enterprises including Huayuan Companies, M&M Industries Co., Bao Zhang Companies and Shandong Hualing Hardware and Tool Co., along with 44.46% on all other Chinese enterprises involved.

It is reported that the Department will make a final ruling for that case on January 10, 2012.
