The Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China released an announcement (Notice No. 56 (2011)) on Sep. 9th, 2011 that KAMAX GmbH & Co. KG will inherit the rights and obligations of KAMAX-Werke Rudolf Kellermann GmbH & Co. KG involved in the antidumping measures of carbon steel fasteners, whose products exported to China but under investigation will apply to the antidumping tariff rate of 6.1% while the products exported to China but under investigation in the name of KAMAX-Werke Rudolf Kellermann GmbH & Co. KG will apply to the antidumping tariff rate of 26.0% as the “other European enterprises” involved in antidumping measures of carbon steel fasteners. The announcement is executed since its publication on Sep 9th, 2011.

On June 28th, 2010, the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China decided to impose final antidumping measures on the carbon steel fasteners imported from the European Union (Notice No. 40 (2010)). The antidumping tariff rate for KAMAX-Werke Rudolf Kellermann GmbH & Co. KG is 6.1%.

On July 12th, 2011, KAMAX GmbH & Co. KG submitted the request to the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China requiring to inherit the rights and obligations of KAMAX-Werke Rudolf Kellermann GmbH & Co. KG involved in the antidumping measures of carbon steel fasteners. KAMAX GmbH & Co. KG also submitted the relative demonstrated files of business license, merger agreement, customer notification, shareholder before and after the rename of company, organization framework, notarization, and the certified files of Embassy of People's Republic of China in Germany. 

KAMAX GmbH & Co. KG, the reshuffle of KAMAX-Werke Rudolf Kellermann GmbH & Co. KG, is proved to be in conformity with the laws of Germany after investigation. The operation management, production equipments, supplier relationship, and customer basis with respect to the products under investigated, before and after the rename of KAMAX-Werke Rudolf Kellermann GmbH & Co. KG, don’t get any material changed.
