Tramec, LLC, Iola, KS, has acquired LRG Fastener Corp. (Continental-Aero), Harrison, NJ. The new legal entity, Tramec Continental-Aero, LLC, will be fully integrated into Tramec, LLC.

Continental-Aero, a stocking master distributor of nylon insert locknuts, all-metal locknuts and finished hex nuts will continue to focus on supplying the North American distributor market. Continental-Aero maintains stocking warehouses in Alsip, IL; Arlington, TX; Chino, CA; and Harrison, NJ; and maintains a sales office in Niles, IL. 

"The addition of Continental-Aero expands Tramec's product portfolio and enhances our presence in the fastener distribution marketplace," Tramec President Gary Sullo said. "Continental-Aero provides an exceptional level of customer service and expertise in supplying both general-line fastener and vendor-managed inventory (VMI) distributors."
