China was under reform and opening period in 2003 when Mr. Ji Suiting and Mr. Ji Lianmin (general manager of Wenzhou Junhao) took this opportunity and established Wenzhou Junhao Industry Co., Ltd. It was an unnoticeable factory with just dozens of staffs. When it started to produce, its product quality was inferior and production capacity was very low due to its technology was far behind at that time. However, President Ji Suiting and General Manager Ji Lianmin didn’t lose heart; they believed the role of fasteners could never be ignored. No machineries, equipments, automobiles, boats, airplanes, bridges, high-speed roads, spaceships could operate without fasteners. Only with the connecting and fixing of many fasteners could every part form a solid entity. Fasteners were small but their effects were massive. Realizing this point, Wenzhou Junhao paid great attention to quality.

Firstly, it renewed production equipments. Advanced technology was the guarantee of good quality. On one hand, it imported production equipments from Taiwan and Belgium, making their facilities could reach the technique of customers’ demand. On the other hand, it introduced progressive inspection machines from Germany to deliver zero defect products. These two measures finally made it deserve customers’ recognition and received orders, which contributed a lot to its success. In 2004, its brand YOULI was awarded as one of the famous brand in China.

Secondly, it strengthened control on materials and every production procedure. “If you want to make a perfect product, you’d better to have an eye on the materials before they go into production. Much more, every procedure during production is important as well. So, we make a strict control from materials to finished products”, said Mr. Ji Suiting. In the meantime, it passed ISO 9001:2000 approval to show its product quality reaches international level.

Thirdly, it fully made use of the strength of fastener industry association. Industry associations have been playing an important role in industry, bringing learning opportunities and guiding enterprises how to develop. Fastener industry was no exception.
