According to the forecasters, China will build 56 new airports, expand 91 airports, and relocate 16 airports from 2011 to 2015; the demand for automotive fasteners will exceed 1.5 million tons in 2015; the consumption of high strength fasteners will reach 500,000 tons in 2015; the demand for high-speed railway fastening products will reach 300,000 tons before 2015; more than 100,000 tons of special fasteners will be needed in nuclear power station in 2020, including special material fasteners, welding rivets etc.; and 220,000 tons of fasteners will be used in the construction and maintenance of power facilities in every year.
