On June 6, 2013, European Commission conducted midterm antidumping investigation on stainless steel fasteners and accessories originating from mainland China and Taiwan, in respond to the application of Taiwanese enterprises Sheh Kai Precision Co., Ltd. The involved products under HS Code were 73181210、73181410、73181530、73181551、73181561、73181570.

Sheh Kai Precision Co., Ltd proposed in petition that thermometal self-tapping and self-tapping screws, the products which are equipped with stainless steel handle and head, and the products which allow screws self-drilling holes and drilling into hard steel metal shall be combined under the HS Code of ex 73181410 in EU.
