Zhejiang Int'l Trade Galvanization Center, viz. Standard Parts Industrial Zone has laid a foundation recently in Jishui County, Jiangxi. The annually sale will be 14 hundred million yuan after the program is complete, with annually revenue of 60 million.
Built by Jishui government and Zhejiang Int'l Trade Galvanization Center, Jishui Standard Parts Industrial Zone specializes in producing bolts, nuts and screws, etc. The anticipated output will be 150 thousand tons per year. This program has been filed by Zhejiang Development and Reform Commission and is ranked in the important programs of Zhejiang.
Jishui Galvanization Center will cover 1,000 units of area, the first-stage construction will cover 500. The Galvanization Center mainly deals with processing supplied materials with galvanization, including zincification, copperization, chromeplate, nickel plating and tinning, etc. In the first-stage construction, the largest galvanization processing quantity can be 150 million m2 per year, after the final construction, it will reach to 750 million m2 per year.
The center will be built up in two steps in three years. The first project is to build a galvanization sewage treatment plant before Sep, 2008 which can treat 2,000 tons of sewage per day, with an investment of 50 million Yuan. The second project with investment of 50 million yuan will be finished before Dec, 2010.
