7、no or little waste products and reprocessed products

Specific to the spheroidizing annealing field of wire rod and coil in fastener industry , the problems of energy waste ,harmful gas discharge ,uneven quality ,oxidation and decarburization etc is also exit . along with the hot competition and profit decline of fastener products and strictly quality requirement from the user,the fastener manufacturers pay more attention to above problems.
Under this circumstance , our company Chnstar industrial furnace co.,ltd depends on many years of experience in spheroidizing annealing furnace industry ,launched the new spheroidizing annealing furnace series . compare with old type spheroidizing annealing furnace, the new type furnace have the features as follows :
I. Intelligentialize
1. Our new type spheriodizing annealing furnace use auto control system that consist of computer and PLC . the whole annealing process such as heating up , soaking ,cooling etc and furnace atmosphere , pressure are all controlled automatically that ensure stable product quality . also remote control and centralized control of furnace group can be realized by Internet.
Relative to semi-auto controlled old type furnace , the new type furnace is controlled more precisely and the products quality is more stable.
2. Our new type spheriodizing annealing furnace preset common spheroidizing annealing process called expert system in the computer . the user just need to select relevant process according to the difference of material ,then the annealing process will auto execute.
While the old type furnace need operator to input different process parameters according to the difference of material that be treated . it depends on the skill of operators and the products quality can’t be ensured.
3. Auto control system for atmosphere
The reason of decarburization and oxidation is the existence of oxygen content during heating. our new type furnace use oxygen potential control system to control the oxygen content of atmosphere to reducing surface decarburizing and oxidation of treated material . the oxygen potential control system is auto regulated and the measuring range of oxygen potential is 10-12-10-26,output value is 0-1140mv and measuring accuracy is ±1mv.
There is a basic mistake exist in atmosphere and control field of spheroidizing annealing furnace in past years .the old type furnace adopt carbon potential control system and inflow carbonous atmosphere to control oxidation and decarburization. But this is just a copy of carburizing process , it is not suitable for spheroidizing annealing and it ignore the carburizing problem . because of the difference of process time and constant temperature point between spheroidizing annealing and carburizing , the carbonous atmosphere and carbon potential control used in spheroidizing annealing process is unstable , so the material that be treated is easily to be carburized, it means the material is waste.
4.Failure diagnosis system (patent)
The failure diagnosis system is used in our new type furnace for measuring furnace atmosphere including CO,CO2,CH4,and pressure ,temperature and dew point in real time. and also it can auto regulate the parameter based on the set value.
But the old type furnace don’t have diagnosis system .also it is not possible to control so many parameters and regulate the parameter in real time.So the spheroidizing annealing quality is uncontrollable.
II. Energy conservation
1. The air tight of our new type furnace is better than old type furnace . under the condition that the flow of protective atmosphere ≤5M3/H, the pressure of our can keep at 50Kpa new furnace, while in order to keep the pressure of old furnace at 0.5-1KPa, the flow of protective atmosphere need to reach 20-40M3/H。
2. The convection fan of our new furnace is designed by ourselves . the speed can reach 2200rpm/min and atmosphere cycle can reach 50-100 times/min . it is more faster and more efficiency than old one . The speed of convection fan for old furnace is 960-1200rpm/min and furnace atmosphere cycle is 5-10 times/min.
3. nitrogen and methanol dissolving gas is used in old furnace as protective atmosphere ,while the nitrogen gas is insert gas ,heat efficiency is not good.
The mixed gas of nitrogen and hydrogen is used in our new furnace as protective atmosphere。because of the good thermal conductivity of hydrogen, Approx 20% process cycle time will be saved so that it will greatly low the energy consumption .
4. The waste heat and waste gas of old furnace is released into the atmosphere that not only raise the workshop temperature ,but also pollute the environment . compare to the old furnace , the new furnace is more environmental and energy conservation ,
because the waste heat and waste gas is recycled in the new furnace.
III. environmental
The new furnace use mixed gas of nitrogen and hydrogen as protective atmosphere . because of the strong reducibility of hydrogen ,the products surface is clear and no scale .so the pickling process can be reduced in subsequent processing.
Two years of customer use show that all indexes of the new spheroidizing annealing furnace can meet design requirement and superior to other brand spheroidizing annealing furnace on the market.
