On November 5, 2013, the U.S. Department of Commerce made antidumping administrative review ruling on Chinese steel threaded rods, which imposed antidumping duties of 19.54% on Jiaxing Brother Standard Part Co., Ltd., IFI & Morgan Ltd. and RMB Fasteners Ltd., Zhejiang New Oriental Fastener Co., Ltd. 

On May 29th, 2012, the U.S. Department of Commerce conducted the third antidumping admin-review investigation on this case and the investigation period was from April 1st, 2011 to March 31st, 2012. On April 9th, 2013, the U.S. Department of Commerce ruled the antidumping duty at 20.05% on Jiaxing Brother Standard Part Co., Ltd., IFI & Morgan Ltd. and RMB Fasteners Ltd., Zhejiang New Oriental Fastener Co., Ltd. The involved products under H.S. Code was 7318.15.5050, 7318.15.5090, and 7318.15.2095.
