Heads & All Threads acquires Langstone

Heads & All Threads Limited announced the acquisition of the assets of Langstone Safetywear Limited and Langstone Hose & Belting by Langstone Supplies Limited – a 100% owned subsidiary of Heads & All Threads Limited.
Heads & All Threads is a UK fastener and fixings company with facilities in the Czech Republic, Poland and India. The company supplies a number of large OEM customers delivering a wide range of parts through Direct Line Feed or Vendor Managed Inventory programs. It services a wide range of world-class manufacturers in automotive, electronic and telecommunication, hydraulic, domestic appliances and power transmission generation.
The Group has a seals and O-ring business - Birmingham Seals Company Limited and a maintenance and repair business - STEC Limited.
Group Managing Director Stuart Whitehouse commented: “We are delighted with this acquisition as Langstone Safetywear’s expert knowledge in the personal protection equipment will be a welcome addition to our product range, which we will be able to offer to our current customers.”
Stuart added: “We intend to develop and grow the Langstone business by investing in stock and being able to offer next day or even same day delivery on a vast range of products. I also believe our expertise in VMI or DLF supply chain solutions will enable us to provide added value to Langstone’s customers in a constantly changing marketplace. It further strengthens our position as a key player within this market.”
