Taiwan exported over 1 million tons of screw during the first eight months with export value of US$2.8 billion, showing an excellent performance.

It is estimated that exports of screw will reach 1.5 million tons in 2014 with export value of US$4 billion.

According to related statistics from the Taiwan Industrial Fasteners Institute, Taiwan's total screw exports in 2013 hit a record high of 1.4594 million tons, up by 5.78% from a year earlier.

Taiwan’s exports of screw reached over than 1.4 million tons only in 2004 and 2011.
