Steel price is one of the key factors that affect the price of China fasteners.

It’s reported that Baosteel, the largest steelmaker in China announced to keep the list prices on certain products unchanged for December.

The company decided to keep the list prices of hot rolled coil (HRC) unchanged. Meanwhile, the company will hold its wire rod prices flat for December.

However, Baosteel will cut the prices of cold rolled coil (CRC) and hot dipped galvanized steel by RMB100~200/ton and RMB100/ton respectively.

Industry sources pointed out that Baosteel’s new price policy for December may help to improve the market situation gradually.
