Within the framework of the 'Partners for Growth' programme, Southco supports its sales partners in improving their performance in different sectors and furthermore honours them for outstanding achievements.

With its success in the fields of sales, marketing and training in the DACH region, KVT-Fastening has carried out its remit convincingly and has accordingly been honoured with the award 'Premier Distributor'.

Dr. Frank Hilgers, CEO of KVT-Fastening: "We take great pride in the fact that our commitment over several years has been a factor contributing to market penetration by the Southco product range in the key sector of vehicle construction, from the car to the mobile crane. Our close partnership with Southco now dates back several years, and we are all the more delighted now to have received the honour of 'Premier Distributor' once again".

The award has recently been put on display in a showcase at the company's headquarters in Illerrieden. The award was presented to Dr. Frank Hilgers by Pascal Testeil, Southco general manager Europe, during the meeting of top management in May.

Decisive factors influencing presentation of the award as a 'Premier Distributor' were increased sales, the incorporation of Southco products in various marketing measures and participation of KVT-Fastening staff in product training courses. Depending on the number of points scored, Southco awards its partners a status of 'Ruby Distributor', 'Diamond Distributor' and up to 'Premier Distributor'.

KVT-Fastening achieved best marks in all sectors and its commitment is underlined by presentation of this award. In the category of Marketing, KVT-Fastening scored for instance with targeted communication measures, including the incorporation of the Southco products in advertisements, newsletters, its website etc.

Southco also offers its partners a comprehensive training programme, to intensify familiarity with the products. The training facilities offered by Southco include Southco University, diverse Webinars, and in the case of KVT-Fastening a training course in-house during the Outdoor sales convention which takes place every year in Illerrieden. Participation in the training courses and the corresponding certification are also taken into consideration, being assessed as part of the performance.
