Before the commencement of Q4, it is discovered from marketing survey carried out by Sinosteel that the varied sorts of steel products are estimated to perform in an unsound manner, which pressurizes Sinosteel to pare down its quarterly target from 3.05 million metric tons to 2.80 million metric tons, 7-8% decreased comparing with that of the former three quarters.

Legal person of Sinosteel indicated that due to the sales decline of auto cars in the latter half of 2015, the dependency of auto fasteners will alleviate in a large degree. On the other hand, the demand of miniature screws will reduce, since the competition in Mainland China is far harsher, impacting the production of wire by Sinosteel. Entirely, the rods & wire produced by Sinosteel is estimated to decrease by approximately 3%, with a total decreasing volume of near 15 to 20 thousand metric tons.
