As the first National Demonstrated Reproduction Base in Eastern China, the industrial scale of this base in Zhangjiagang City has exceeded 5 Billion CNY, taking initial shape of forming the development tendency of distinct features, leading technology, and complete function.

In November 2015, the National Quality Supervision Center for Auto Parts Reproduction was allowed to build with the investment on the first stage reaching 25 Million CNY and 26 sets of inspection equipments having installed, trial-run and put into operation. At present, this centre has positively boosted the mutual trust of certifications between China and the European & American Authority Organizations; carried out the research project regarding the classification standard system of auto parts; enhanced the industrialization of various kinds of technology, etc.

On January 10, 2016, the center was formally inaugurated, which was expected to boost the fast development of the base and completion of quality standard system, improving the international competitiveness of the reproduction industry.
