German fasteners and fastening technology distributors Keller & Kalmbach has acquired Infinity Fasteners Inc., Lenexa, KS.

"The U.S. market is very attractive for us and has great potential," said Florian Seidl, CEO of Keller & Kalmbach. The company primarily serves customers in the industrial and automotive sectors.

Infinity Fasteners has 35 employees at four locations in Kansas, California, Ohio and Nebraska, primarily serving manufacturers of cooling towers for power plants and cooling systems. Sales in fiscal year 2015 were around $15 million.

Skip Freeman, CEO and president of Infinity Fasteners, will stay with the company for two years to aid in the transition.
