Royal Adhesives & Sealants LLC, South Bend, IN, has acquired Weld Mount Systems, Durham, CT.

Weld Mount is a manufacturer of adhesively bonded fasteners designed for wire tie mounts, hose and cable clamps, studs, standoffs and floating nut plates.
